Moonstar was born out of our own business need.

For years we searched far and wide to find excellent technology that would accelerate our company performance across our 1,500 staff distributed in 24 locations. We looked at communication, performance and learning platforms and found them lacking or too expensive. We wanted to deliver just in time training, meaningful communication and overall engaging experiences for our distributed staff. We fell short of finding what we were looking for, therefore we decided to create it ourselves. This is how Moonstar came to life.

Alexandra Copos de Prada

Through Moonstar, she delivers impactful learning lowering employee turnover and meaningful micro experiences for her staff in order to increase their engagement, motivation and overall performance, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. Alexandra graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Economics and pursued her MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and her Master in Public Administration at Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government. She had previously worked with McKinsey&Company on three continents across seven industries.
